After completing art gymnasium, graduated from fashion design school in Zurich. This led to an intensive working period internationally with profound knowledge in the haute couture and prête-à-porter in Paris, Milano, USA and Brazil.  Collaboration with Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, Valentino, Chanel, Lanvin, Jean Louis Scherrer, Jean Paul Gautier and others.

In addition to an education in anatomy and life drawing at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris, worked for different designers as a fashion illustrator and took part in a variety of exhibitions.

Back in Zurich gained new experiences as an art buyer for an advertising agency while drawing storyboards for commercials as well as illustrations for publishers.

Psychology and philosophy became the main focal points for the following ten years and in 2006  completed  masters degree in psychology as well as in systemic consulting and psychotherapy, eventually working as a private practitioner in systemic therapy and art therapy.

With a background in psychology and philosophy,  used this new perspective to devote  once again to creative works pursuing an education in sculpture studying classical techniques using materials such as clay, plaster, bronze as well as stone and wood. At first taught by professional sculptors  proceeded to study art history independently and pursue various creative art techniques in different academies.

 At present,  expands  technical and  multimedial repertoire continuously as well as the expertise in contemporary art at international art academies and renowned universities.

For bronze casting, Esther works together with the Bruendler art foundry in Winterthur (Kunstgiesserei Bruendler www.bruendler-kg.ch), which is a small family business in Switzerland as well as with the Strassacker art foundry in Suessen/Germany (Kunstgiesserei Strassacker www.strassacker.com), also a family business and a very modern foundry with 450 employees. Strassacker is one of the most prestigious factories in the world as well as an atelier for embossing and creating patina finishes. This foundry is for the most sophisticated sculpture works, creating extremely precise finished products in bronze, aluminium, silver or gold.
